Your daily activities include:

  • Executing end-to-end financial operations, including payments, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Designing and developing standardized, high-quality working paper templates for various accounting cycles.
  • Implementing and maintaining an organized, paperless or electronic financial filing system to ensure all working papers and supporting documents are easily accessible, complete, and readily available for review.
  • Developing and implementing accounting procedures, process improvements, internal controls, and systems for efficiency.
  • Understanding P&L and cash flow performance and preparing reports for management teams.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to gather information and drive business growth.
  • Performing other financial tasks as assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, internal audit, or P&L management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Text-to-Columns for data manipulation.
  • A good communicator who can translate technical concepts into clear, easily digestible narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a strong drive for results and long-term business success.
  • Fluency in English.
