Associate Financial Accountant (AP) 1 position

Responsibilities:


•Check vendor invoices and supporting details, process AP and intercompany invoice posting


•Prepare journal entries, adjustments and accruals relating to AP transactions


•Check details and clear prepayment, monitor good receiving, purchase orders and follow up with other functions


•Prepare AP reports, reconcile prepayment accounts and accruals, update status of accounts payables with follow up actions


•Assist with the administration of accounts payable function, including vendor master data file, vendor payment, dealing with vendors to ensure that all external and intercompany debtors pay in accordance with their payment agreements


•Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reports


•Assist in AP and payment projects for process improvements, and other tasks as assigned by AP team lead and manager.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  2. AP experiences at least 2-3 years
  3. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
  4. Problem solving and good communication skills
  5. Good knowledge in MS Excel formula i.e. Vlookup, IF, Pivot Table, etc.
Accounts Receivable (AR) 1 Position

Responsibilities:


•Prepare invoice and any related documents to attach with the invoice required by clients.


•Contact clients for payment confirmation or schedule date and time to collect the payment.


•Prepare receipts and tax invoices to clients.


•Deal with clients and sales person if there is any dispute on the invoice.


•Prepare a collection report for payment and communicate with the engagement team for any inquiries related to the payment collection.


•Follow up withholding tax certification from client.


•Prepare bank reconciliation (only for collection side).


•Prepare client aging report and reconciliation of ledgers.


•Prepare Output VAT in PP30 report and reconcile revenue from the system with VAT report.


•Prepare and review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.


•Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations.


•Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial processes, reports, and system improvements.


•Participate in continuous improvement of accounting systems and workflows
