Responsibilities:

· Financial Planning

  • Assist in preparation of monthly & annual Operating Plan to align with overall business strategies & BTMU

· Financial Reporting

  • Coordinate with Accounting & Marketing team in monthly financial closing process, and perform variance analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly financial reporting
  • Assist in performing financial analysis of monthly performance against prior year, and MTBP to facilitate strategic decision-making for management

· Budgeting Control

  • Coordinate the preparation of quarterly pre-spending, and perform business and financial analysis to highlight key variances and ensure alignment with operating plan for management.
  • Perform Pre & Post-Campaign analysis for big marketing to review & monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaign, and provide some recommendations.

· Business Financial Analysis

  • Perform financial modeling and ad hoc financial analyses for special projects to support strategic planning processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, if bachelor's degree is not Accounting or Finance, master's degree should be in Accounting, Finance, or MBA
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting and business financial analysis with related work experiences in business financial analysis of at least 2 years
  • A proactive person and a self-starter with initiative and drive to improve business performance and working process
  • Analytical thinking and be able in turning facts into recommendations
  • Effective time management with ability to prioritize works in meeting project timeline
  • Self-confidence with an ability to present and communicate effectively with senior management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in collaboration within and cross departments with great command in English
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint presentation

Work Location: KSPT Building, BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
