Job Title: Regional Cost Controller / Finance Manager – Southeast Asia

Job Summary

Regional Cost Controller / Finance Manager – is responsible for overseeing the regional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the Sri Trang Group. This role ensures the accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of financial reporting, supports strategic decision-making, and drives financial discipline across multiple entities within the region. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Financial Planning, Reporting, and Controlling

• Lead and execute the regional financial planning and controlling processes for the Sri Trang Group.
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Cost Centre Controlling across group entities, including Natural Rubber, STL, and SRP.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with internal financial reporting standards.

2. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Analyze monthly financial performance across all entities and present clear, actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports to support informed business decision-making.
• Develop and distribute weekly financial forecasts to guide pricing strategies and assess the company's financial position.

3. Budget Planning and Management

• Lead the planning and preparation of annual budgets for all entities within the group.
• Ensure the budget aligns with strategic objectives and reflects accurate financial assumptions.
• Present annual budget plans and key financial highlights at Board of Directors (BOD) meetings.

4. Stakeholder Management and Cross-functional Collaboration

• Act as the primary contact for coordination between the Finance team and other departments, including Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and Factory Operations.
• Build strong internal relationships to support business objectives and drive cost-efficiency improvements.

5. Cost Control and Investment Analysis

• Monitor and control regional costs to ensure optimal resource utilization and improved financial returns.
• Conduct investment feasibility studies and ROI evaluations for business expansion opportunities and strategic projects.

6. Commercial and Strategic Financial Analysis

• Prepare forward-looking Profit & Loss (P&L) forecasts to support business strategy.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and expertise to management and cross-functional teams as required.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Cost Centre Controlling, preferably within a Manufacturing Environment in Thailand or the Southeast Asian region.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across multiple entities or business units.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Strong foundation in Accounting and Controlling principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI) is highly advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to automate and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
