Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Manager to lead a Japanese-speaking sales team
in Bangkok. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Japanese and English and have a strong background in
managing outbound sales teams, ideally within the financial services sector. This is a fantastic opportunity
for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of outbound sales agents, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Track key performance metrics, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.
- Hire, train, and mentor sales agents to enhance their skills and maximize efficiency.
- Work closely with senior management and other departments to align business goals.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies.
