Jitsamrit Travel looking for a highly driven and experienced Outbound Sales Manager to lead a sales effort. The ideal candidate will be passionate about traveling, possess a deep understanding of the tourism industry, well connected with wholesale agents and networks with a strong ability to drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors/partners/wholesales to ensure the result delivery
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and expand volume business opportunities
  • Provide administrative support and manage the reservation system effectively
  • Collaborate with Product Development Manager to optimize product/packages offerings
  • Address any foreseeable operational issues that may arise and working with operation team to ensure the smooth operation are in place
  • Conduct outbound salescalls to prospective clients.
  • Set appointments or close deals with clients.
  • Identifying customer needs and communicating client's value proposition.
  • Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
  • Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
  • Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
  • Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
  • Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills.
  • Utilize, maintain and continuously improve various sales, presentation and communication techniques.
  • Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor's offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the tourism industry, with a strong focus on outbound sales management; experience with inbound travel is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent command of English
  • Professional attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about travel with an in-depth knowledge of popular outbound destinations and attractions
