Compensation & Benefits Specialist

- Payroll Management: work and consolidate payroll for all employees twice a month closely with outsource payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to verify and reconcile payroll-related data, including allowances, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HumanOS and payroll systems.
Design and generate regular HR reports, including:
Headcount dashboard
- Provident fund contributions
- Employee turnover statistics
- Compensation cost tracking
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal compensation policies.
- Financial Support: Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to understand and consolidate P&L reports, especially those related to compensation, benefits, and manpower costs.
- Perform compensation analysis to support internal pay equity and market benchmarking.
- Provide analytical support for annual merit increases, bonuses, and other compensation planning activities.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and related policies.
- Assist in salary structure development, compensation benchmarking, and internal equity analysis.
- Administer employee benefit programs such as health insurance, provident fund, and wellness programs.
- Perform HR administrative tasks using the Oracle system, such as employee data updates, benefits enrollment, and payroll changes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, including direct experience in payroll processing.
- Advanced Excel proficiency is required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, dashboarding, etc.).
- Experience with Oracle HR or payroll systems for administrative processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive data.
