What You'll Drive
1. Offboarding & Resignation Management
- Coordinate end-to-end offboarding, including resignation acknowledgment, last working day confirmation, and system updates with relevant teams (Finance, IT, People & Culture).
- Notify key stakeholders (e.g. IT, Talent Acquisition, Accounting, and occasionally senior leadership) upon resignation.
- Ensure completion of offboarding steps such as exit interviews and surveys; consolidate and share feedback.
- Oversee asset return and finalize documentation, including tax forms and employment certificates.
2. Benefits & Statutory Administration
- Manage benefit enrollments and terminations in compliance with policy and statutory requirements (Social Security, Provident Fund, Group Insurance).
- Coordinate with Accounting and external providers for timely reimbursement processing.
- Maintain accurate benefits records and support internal/external audits.
- Occasionally support reviews and updates to benefits programs.
3. Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Consolidate and verify payroll data, including new hires, resignations, salary adjustments, and benefit changes.
- Coordinate with payroll providers and Finance to process payments and prepare statutory reports (e.g., Social Security, Provident Fund, Tax submissions).
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure payroll data integrity at all times.
4. Contract & Probation Management
- Track contract renewals and end-of-contract actions for temporary employees.
- Monitor probation periods and coordinate timely outcomes for confirmation or exit.
5. Employee Support & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions on offboarding, compensation, and benefits.
- Guide employees in using self-service platforms and HR tools.
- Support the rollout and communication of employee benefit campaigns.
6. Employee Data & Payroll Support
- Assist in payroll preparation by verifying resignation data, contract changes, and benefit adjustments.
- Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or compensation & benefits preferred; new graduates with strong potential are also welcome.
- Very high attention to detail and accuracy in managing employee data and processes.
- Adaptable and quick to learn; comfortable switching contexts and priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Tech-curious and open to experimenting with automation and AI tools to streamline C&B operations.
- Strong communication and service mindset, with the ability to engage with employees across all levels.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
