Role Description:
Developing the market and generating business opportunities in Thailand
Building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in companies
Identifying client challenges and proposing optimal solutions
Negotiating pricing and contract terms, and closing deals
Conducting competitive analysis and proposing differentiated solutions
Ensuring a smooth handover to the customer service team after deal closure
Providing implementation support and handling initial troubleshooting as needed
Collaborating with Japanese team members to deliver the best proposals
Attending IT and tech industry exhibitions and conferences to generate new leads
Engaging in sales activities through presentations and networking at event venues
Planning and organizing company-hosted seminars and workshops
Researching market trends and industry movements in Thailand to refine sales strategies
Gathering feedback from existing clients and proposing service improvements
Developing action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Managing deal progress and overseeing pipeline management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in IT software, SaaS, or CRM industries is preferred.
- Experience as Business Development, Sales Marketing, Sales Consultant in IT industry.
- Able to build relationship with C-Level.
- Knowledge about SI, IT, Technology.
- Proficiency in Thai and English is required; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the tech or software industry is an advantage.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
