Job Description :

We are seeking a Business Analyst who specializes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing customer expectations, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Sales, Marketing, and IT — to ensure our CRM capabilities truly support both client objectives and organizational growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical and functional requirements
  • Develop high-quality documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and UAT Documents for customer approval
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth and successful project delivery
  • Support end-to-end Salesforce project implementation
  • Ensure best practices are followed throughout the development process
  • Conduct quality reviews and validate that all deliverables meet established standards

Qualifications :

  • Experience in software or application development
  • Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) implementation
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, features, and functionality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Good command of written English
  • Salesforce Certification is a plus
  • Experience in Sales or Customer Service domains is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills (listening/speaking) are highly desirable
