Job Description
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand the company's IT solutions portfolio in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level business opportunities across target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, enterprise clients, technology vendors, and system integrators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Management, Marketing and Technical ) to design proposals and deliver tailored end-to-end solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform business direction and product/service enhancement.
  • Lead sales planning, including pipeline development, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, channel promotions, and content strategies with sales objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and develop new business leads.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within the IT, Software, or Digital Solutions sector.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, system implementation, and data engineering concepts.
  • Proven track record in closing enterprise deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Thai nationality only.
