Key responsibility
  • Thoroughly understand and analyze clients' business needs, goals, and objectives to provide tailored e-commerce and social commerce solutions.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and internal teams, coordinating efforts for TikTok Live streams, short-video content, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives to ensure smooth execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Oversee and ensure that every live streaming session and short-video content delivers optimal performance, engaging viewers effectively while coordinating closely with the production team to resolve any issues and improve content quality.
  • Develop detailed campaign proposals and compelling pitch decks tailored to prospective clients, clearly presenting strategic plans, creative concepts, and expected outcomes.
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports, analyzing key metrics and insights to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement media strategies, including defining target audiences, allocating budgets efficiently, and optimizing campaign tactics to achieve clients' marketing objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Manage day-to-day client operations, ensuring timely execution of media plans, quick responses to client requests, and seamless coordination across departments.
  • Continuously monitor and stay updated on emerging social media trends, viral content, and platform updates—especially on TikTok—to keep Ripples' content suggestions fresh, relevant, and competitive in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
Qualification & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 3+ year experience in account management, e-commerce, or sales & marketing roles
  • Strong Excel and data skills
  • Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Good English communication (reading/writing)
  • Good command of Chinese (reading/writing) is a big plus
