How You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring successful completion within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage project budgets effectively, including budget estimation, allocation, and cost control to ensure optimal use of financial resources.
• Oversee resource management, ensuring the right allocation of people, tools, and time to maximize productivity and project success.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze business requirements within the financial domain, covering both retail and corporate customer journeys.
• Provide leadership in production support, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and continuous service improvement.
• Drive and implement best practices in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps to enhance delivery performance.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on business objectives and technical execution.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Project Management and Budget Management within large or complex organizations.
• Strong background as a Business Analyst in the financial sector, with exposure to both retail and corporate clients.
• Hands-on experience in Production Support and familiarity with incident/problem management processes.
• Basic technical understanding of Blockchain technology or prior experience with DeFi (Decentralized Finance) projects is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with strong adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of Agile Delivery Frameworks and the ability to integrate them effectively into project operations.
• Drive practically with passion.
