หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

    1. วางแผนงานรายวันจนถึงรายปีตามเป้าหมาย 2. ดูแลและควบคุมทีม Customer Support ให้ปฎิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่วางไว้ 3. เสนอให้ลูกค้าสมัคร ONESIAM Superapp ในกรณีลูกค้ายังไม่มี Application 4. แนะนำให้ความรู้รายละเอียดในการใช้งาน ONESIAM Superapp 5. แนะนำสิทธิ์ประโยชน์ต่างๆของ ONESIAM Superapp ที่ลูกค้าจะได้รับ 6. เข้าใจและสามารถอธิบายรายการส่งเสริมการขาย ของศูนย์การค้าและของ ONESIAM Superapp ได้ 7. แนะนำลูกค้าให้สะสมยอดการใช้จ่ายเพื่อรับสิทธิ์ประโยชน์ของ ONESIAM Superapp ผ่านร้านค้า หรือ ผ่าน ONESIAM Superapp หรือ เคาน์เตอร์ของทางศูนย์ 8. รายงานสรุปยอดจำนวนผู้สมัครรายวัน ยอดสะสมการใช้จ่ายรายวันของทีม และจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง 9. สรรหา และคัดเลือกบุคลากรเข้ามาเป็นสมาชิกของทีมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

    1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขา 2. มีใจรักงานบริการ มีประสบการณ์ขาย อย่างน้อย 3 ปี 3. มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน บุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี 4. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มีทัศนคติและกระบวนการทางความคิด (Mindset) ที่ดี 5. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และทำงานในสภาวะความกดดันได้ดี 6. ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี มีภาวะผู้นำ และสามารถตัดสินใจในสถานการที่เร่งด่วนได้ 7. สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์และทำงานเป็นกะได้
