About the role

Asm Crane Co., Ltd.' is seeking a talented and experienced Supervisor to join their Sawadee Lobster & Thai Food restaurant team. As Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This full-time position is based in Pathum Wan, Bangkok.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and supervise the restaurant's staff, including servers, cooks, and other support personnel
2. Ensure efficient and effective workflow in the restaurant, coordinating the efforts of the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
3. Monitor and maintain food quality, food safety, and sanitation standards in the restaurant
4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and work to resolve any issues
5. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and other administrative tasks as needed
6. Collaborate with the management team to implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures
7. Provide training and development opportunities for the restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant supervisor or management role
2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team
3. Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of resolving customer issues
4. Detailed knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management practices
5. Proficiency in Thai and English
6. Attention to detail in service setup, presentation, and coordination between front- and back-of-house teams.
7. Professional, passionate, and guest-focused.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and maintain a positive attitude
