ตอบแชทลูกค้า (Customer Chat Support)

  • ตอบคำถามลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับสินค้า การสั่งซื้อ ปัญหาการใช้งาน ผ่านช่องทางแชทของ Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop และเว็บไซต์
  • ให้ข้อมูลสินค้า ตรวจสอบสถานะออเดอร์ และช่วยประสานงานเรื่องคืนสินค้า/ปัญหาต่าง ๆ
  • ติดตามและสรุปปัญหาที่ลูกค้าพบบ่อย เพื่อพัฒนาการบริการและข้อมูล FAQ
  • รักษามาตรฐานด้าน Response Time และ Customer Satisfaction ตาม KPI ของแพลตฟอร์ม

ดูแล Affiliate Community (TikTok Shop)

  • เป็นผู้ประสานงานหลักในการตอบคำถามและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับ Affiliate
  • ดูแลขั้นตอนสมัคร การอบรมเริ่มต้น และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • จัดการคอมมูนิตี้ของ Affiliate รวมถึงอัปเดตข่าวสาร แคมเปญ รายละเอียดสินค้า และคำแนะนำการทำยอด
  • สนับสนุนการเปิดแคมเปญ โดยส่งต่อสื่อโปรโมชัน ลิงก์สินค้า และข้อมูลที่จำเป็นให้ Affiliate
  • ติดตามกิจกรรม และไฮไลต์ผู้ทำผลงานดี พร้อมประสานงานกับทีม Affiliate/Marketing เพื่อเพิ่มการมีส่วนร่วม
คุณสมบัติ
  • ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์งานอีคอมเมิร์ซ งานบริการลูกค้า หรืองานคอมมูนิตี้ 1–3 ปี
  • คุ้นเคยกับระบบ TikTok Shop Affiliate และแพลตฟอร์มแชทออนไลน์
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาไทยที่ดีทั้งการเขียนและการพูด
  • ทำงานละเอียด รอบคอบ คล่องตัว และรับมือกับงานที่หลากหลายในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รวดเร็วได้
งานสนับสนุนอื่น ๆ
  • จัดเตรียมและอัปโหลดข้อมูลสินค้า ราคา สต๊อก และข้อมูลโปรโมชั่นบนแพลตฟอร์ม
  • ดูแลระบบหลังบ้านของการไลฟ์สดแบบเรียลไทม์
  • ติดตามตัวชี้วัด (KPIs) ระหว่างไลฟ์ เช่น จำนวนผู้ชม การมีส่วนร่วม อัตราแปลงยอดขาย และยอดขายรวม
  • สนับสนุนงานเอกสารและงานธุรการอื่น ๆ ของทีมอีคอมเมิร์ซตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
