is scouting high-caliber Project-Based Creative Specialists to join our exclusive talent pool. We partner with fast-scaling, multi-million-dollar eCommerce and fashion brands that require creative professionals with a relentless focus on conversion-driven design and video editing.

This is a flexible, remote contract opportunity ideal for highly creative, independent freelancers ready to deliver top-tier performance assets quickly and without micromanagement.

What Your Projects Will Involve (Focus Areas)

  • You will be tasked with creating high-volume, high-impact ad creatives and assets, with projects focusing on either
    Graphics Design
    or
    Video Editing
    , or a mix depending on your core strength:

Graphics Design Focus

  • Design high-quality fashion creatives (ads, banners, landing page graphics, social media assets)
  • Work in Figma/Adobe to create scalable, polished visuals that align with brand guidelines
  • Combine strong flair with an eCommerce performance focus—your designs must look stunning and directly drive customer action

Video Editing Focus.

  • Edit a high volume of short-form ad videos daily (UGC style, native ads, trending formats).
  • Structure content efficiently, typically executing 1 body and 3 distinct hooks per script to maximize testing
  • Ensure every video is optimized for maximum ad performance (usually within a 60–90 second timeframe).

Across all projects, you must:

  • Consistently deliver a high volume of creatives, demonstrating both speed and meticulous
    quality control
    .
  • Collaborate with the client's creative strategist on briefs but take
    full ownership of the execution process.

What We Require to Join the Pool

We are looking for self-sufficient "killers" who can operate at full speed and deliver measurable results.

  • Proven Contract Track Record:
    Established portfolio showcasing high-impact,
    high-volume design or video work for fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce brands.
  • Performance Mastery:
    Strong understanding of ad pacing, effective hooks, calls-to-action, and modern aesthetics that
    directly drive conversions (Direct Response).

  • Software Expertise (Mandatory in at least one area):

  • Graphics:
    Expert-Level
    Figma Skills
    (Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).

  • Video:
    Expert in
    Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut (),
    DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.

  • High Autonomy & Speed:
    Proactive, resourceful, and organized—you must thrive on meeting clear KPIs and delivering results
    without constant supervision or micromanagement.

  • Aesthetic & Trend Savvy:
    A keen eye for modern layout, typography, and current social media/fashion trends.

The Project Offer

  • Contract-First Model:
    This is a flexible, remote
    Independent Contractor

    agreement with the client.
