Assistant Manager – Brand Communication

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy & Messaging

  2. Assist in developing and implementing brand communication plans.

  3. Ensure consistency of brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

  4. Support brand positioning initiatives and storytelling effort.

  5. Campaign Management

  6. Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels.

  7. Work with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns on time and within budget.

  8. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

  9. Content Development

  10. Create and manage content calendars for brand-related communications.

  11. Draft and edit copy for press releases, social media, website, and other marketing materials.

  12. Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visual and multimedia contents.

  13. AI-Driven Communication & Insights.

  14. Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, analytics platforms) to enhance content creation, personalization, and audience targeting.

  15. Analyze consumer sentiment, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.

  16. Explore emerging AI technologies to improve brand communication efficiency and innovation.

  17. Stakeholder Engagement

  18. Liaise with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer service to align messaging.

  19. Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives related to brand.

  20. Market & Trend Analysis

  21. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform communication strategies.

  22. Conduct brand health checks and assist in market research projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in brand communication, marketing
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and strategic mindset.

  • Experience in working with creative agencies and media partners.

  • Knowledge of branding frameworks, consumer insights and presentation.
  • Fluency in English
