About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Enterprise Sales Professional
to drive adoption of our
AI-powered Customer Experience solutions
across large enterprises in Thailand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in
complex solution selling

RFP participation
, and collaboration with
global teams
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership
    : Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow enterprise accounts in Thailand.
  • Solution Selling
    : Position AI-driven customer experience solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • RFP Management
    : Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
  • Global Collaboration
    : Work closely with global product, marketing, and delivery teams to align on customer requirements and solution offerings.
  • Pipeline Development
    : Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
  • Market Insights
    : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and CX.

Qualifications

  • Experience
    : 8–10 years in enterprise solution sales, preferably in
    AI, SaaS, or Customer Experience technologies
    .
  • Language Skills
    : Fluent in
    English and Thai
    (spoken and written).
  • Track Record
    : Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments.
  • RFP Expertise
    : Strong experience in managing complex RFP processes.
  • Collaboration
    : Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Location
    : Based in Bangkok, with willingness to travel within Thailand as needed.
