About the role

Hanna Instrument (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our headquarters team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth initiatives. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned territory
  2. Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support to customers, helping them identify the best solutions for their needs
  3. Prepare and present sales proposals, technical specifications, and product demonstrations
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities
  5. Please provide feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance our offerings
  6. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand our customer base
  7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or have one year of experience as a sales engineer or technical sales representative, preferably in the measurement or related industries.
  3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of product features and applications
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships
  6. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle diverse customer requirements
  7. Proficiency in English and Thai languages
  8. Have your own car and a driver's license
