As our Ad Specialist, you will help grow by running paid ads that reach the right people and convert new users. You'll work closely with the marketing team to boost posts, test audiences, and learn which videos perform best. Your job is to take our content, target it effectively, study the results, and share clear weekly findings that help shape our overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and boost ads on TikTok, Meta, X, and other platforms.
  • Test different audiences to find which groups respond best to our videos.
  • Track important numbers like cost per click, cost per install, watch time, and conversions.
  • Share weekly reports with the team showing what content worked best and why.
  • Work with the marketing team to guide what videos we should create next based on performance.
  • Set up A/B tests for hooks, thumbnails, captions, and formats.
  • Help build a system to test new videos every week so we always know what converts.
  • Manage ad budgets and make sure spending is used in the smartest way.
  • Keep detailed notes on winning and losing ads so the team can learn from each test.
  • Work with the team to shape better content ideas that can go viral and convert more users.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience running ads on TikTok, Meta, X, or similar platforms.
  • Experience running and managing ads for iGaming or gambling brands is a big plus.
  • Proven results lowering cost per click and increasing conversions.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad testing, and short-form creative performance.
  • Able to read data clearly and turn insights into simple next steps.
  • Comfortable working with creative teams and giving feedback on what content performs best.
  • Good understanding of short-form videos, viral hooks, and what makes viewers click or convert.
  • Experience with dashboards, analytics tools, and ad reporting.
  • High attention to detail in numbers, testing, and performance tracking.
  • Strong English communication skills for sharing findings with the team.
