This role is perfect for a hands-on performance marketer with deep experience in various advertising platforms, especially Meta's (Facebook, Instagram) and the ability to communicate fluently
in
both Thai and English
.

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns that drive real results across our network of media brands and B2B service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each campaign/ project.
  • Set up, optimize, implement campaigns across the accounts in line with the corporate/campaign goals and objectives.
  • Manage budgets in line with the target KPIs and strategies
  • Measure the effectiveness and report on key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insightsof the campaigns across your assigned accounts
  • Plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns from start to finish (including CBO, A/B testing, retargeting, and lead generation).
  • Continuously 
    optimise for performance
     across objectives (reach, engagement, conversions, leads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to develop creative and strategic ad assets.
  • Stay up to date with platforms policy changes and emerging best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 
    2 years of experience
     running ad campaigns at scale.
  • Proven track record managing performance marketing budgets and hitting KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel, and Events Manager.
  • Understanding of funnel strategy, audience segmentation, and ad creative optimisation.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in both 
    Thai and English
    .

  • Experience with lead gen campaigns for B2B services.
  • Knowledge of GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation tools.
