We are now looking for a passionate and talented Ads Manager / Social Media Specialist to join our young, dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Analyze performance data, optimize ROI, and prepare weekly reports.
  • Manage all social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create and schedule engaging content that reflects the academy's identity.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for photoshoots, events, and campaigns.
  • Manage inquiries and leads from social media ads to conversion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Thai.
  • Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content tools is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and passion for beauty & education.
