As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Influencer Relations to join our dynamic team and help our clients shine across digital platforms.

·     Identify, assess, and recommend suitable Influencers and Content Creators whose profiles align with the brand's positioning and campaign objectives.

·     Establish, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with Influencers and external Agency partners.

·     Lead negotiation on fees, contractual terms, and deliverables, ensuring all agreements comply with project budgets and organizational standards.

·     Collaborate closely with the Marketing and PR teams to plan, coordinate, and execute influencer-driven campaigns, including defining campaign deliverables, timelines, and content guidelines.

·     Monitor and review influencer content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to agreed-upon requirements.

·     Track campaign progress and performance, collect relevant data and insights, and prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports with recommendations for future improvements.

·     Manage and continuously update the Influencer database, including rate cards, profile information, and areas of expertise.

·     Conduct ongoing research on social media trends, emerging platforms, competitor activities, and industry best practices in Influencer Marketing.

Qualifications

·     Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

·     1–3 years of professional experience in Influencer Relations, Public Relations, Social Media Management, or Influencer Marketing.

·     Previous experience within an Influencer Agency is strongly preferred.

·     Solid understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and familiarity with measurement and analytics tools.

·     Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

·     Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

·     Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

·     Proficiency in English will be considered an advantage.

·     Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset, with sensitivity to confidential matters.
