About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Influencer Marketing Junior - Lead Level to drive our global creator partnership initiatives.

You will design and lead influencer marketing strategies that amplify our publishing titles, build long-term creator relationships, and strengthen our presence across key markets.

This role requires both strategic leadership and operational excellence — managing campaigns end-to-end while guiding internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful results.


What You'll Do
  • Lead global influencer marketing strategies across multiple titles and regions (SEA, Korea, Japan and beyond)
  • Identify and nurture high-impact creators, streamers, and content partners in the gaming ecosystem
  • Develop campaign concepts, briefs, and content directions aligned with brand and regional objectives
  • Oversee influencer negotiations, contracts, and budget management with a data-driven approach
  • Manage and mentor internal team members and agency partners to ensure executional excellence
  • Analyze and report campaign performance metrics, driving continuous optimization and ROI improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Community, Creative, and Live Ops teams to synchronize brand voice and global campaign rollout
  • Stay on top of creator economy trends, new platforms, and regional influencer ecosystems

What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in influencer, creator, or brand marketing — preferably in gaming, entertainment, or digital content for Lead Level
  • Candidates with 1+ years of experience are also welcome to apply for Junior - Associate position.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills; proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple campaigns
  • Deep understanding of global influencer ecosystems and cultural nuances across markets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with creators and partners
  • Business-level English proficiency (required) and familiarity with multi-language markets
  • Analytical mindset — capable of interpreting data and turning insights into strategies

Nice to Have
  • Experience launching global or regional game titles
  • Startup or cross-border environment experience
