Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Administrator based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The role involves managing daily office operations, handling administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment, supporting teams with day-to-day logistics, and overseeing effective communication within and outside the organization. The individual will provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth administrative operations. Some flexibility for remote work is available for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Proficiency in handling Office Equipment and managing office supplies
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with a diverse team
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries and support internal and external stakeholders
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with basic IT tools and office software applications is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
