Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities through product development and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop & Execute sales plans, channels, and customer targets.
  • Build & Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Manage sales budgets and Achieve financial targets.
  • Provide market and competitor insights to Shape pricing strategy and Maximize profit.
  • Recommend innovative products and services to meet market demands.
  • Lead & Coordinate cross-functional teams (Actuarial, Marketing, Underwriting, Compliance, Operations) to successfully Launch projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Insurance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in Strategy, Business Development or related field with Insurance industry
  • Innovative thinking, Analytical-minded, Independent, Self-motivated, Results-oriented and Dynamic person
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
