Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Keep good communication with customers and vendors.
  • Identifying opportunities in target markets as assigned for products and services.
  • Generating leads and well manage sales pipeline to ensure target achievement.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new opportunities.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Plan and manage documents related to department work and other tasks as assigned.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years in B2B sales/business development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the software development industry. Familiarity with solution-based software development would be a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated achievement against sales targets/quotas (e.g., % to quota over last 4 quarters).
  • Prospecting, discovery, solution selling/consultative selling, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience growing key accounts and driving upsell/cross-sell.
  • Ability to research industries, accounts, and buyer personas to identify opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; confident presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, dashboards, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Able to coordinate internal stakeholders, to deliver proposals and integrate contract requirements into operations.
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management and follow-through.
