Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and execution plans to achieve brand objectives, supported by strong consumer and market insights
- Support NPD planning, development, and execution, including new product launches from concept to post-launch evaluation
- Manage and control marketing and media budgets to ensure efficient and effective spending
- Execute brand marketing plans through activations, advertising, and promotional activities across relevant channels
- Collect, analyze, and interpret consumer and market data (e.g. Nielsen, competitor tracking, post-campaign evaluation) to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights to line manager and stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, regional, regulatory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and on-time execution
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within the skincare or personal care-related industry
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market data analysis (e.g. Nielsen, consumer insights, competitor tracking)
- Good communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude with a strong growth mindset, eager to learn and continuously improve
