About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Brand Manager (Cosmetic) to join the marketing team at TAT CORPORATION PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive the growth and success of our cosmetic product portfolio. This position is based in Bangkok's Bang Kapi district.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and drive sales
  2. Conducting market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends that inform brand positioning and strategy
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and advertising, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints
  4. Managing the brand's budget, and optimising marketing investments to maximise return on investment
  5. Monitoring and reporting on brand performance metrics, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve campaigns and strategies
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for the brand

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the cosmetics industry
  2. Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape in the cosmetics industry
  3. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into effective marketing strategies
  4. Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and performance reporting
  5. Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop impactful and engaging marketing campaigns
  6. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Proficient in using marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and data analytics tools
