•       Support executions of go-to-market plans of the assigned marketing pod / total brand including A&P campaigns, forecasting, visual merchandising, assets, sampling programs and CRM programs in partnership with Digital Commerce & Marketing and commercial team.


•       Own end to end marketing for assigned marketing portfolio (either product, franchise, or channel based) with accountability for P&L performance, marketing campaigns, and collaboration across Pod team and brand team.


•       Partner with Digital Commerce & Marketing Media and CRM for local execution of campaigns


•       Partner with Online and commercial teams for execution of omnichannel plans and activations


•       Work with agency on assets adaptation and production of collaterals for all platforms to ensure excellent execution of marketing activities.


•       Support brand events across all channels including influencers management, marketing collaterals with on-site operations support in collaborating with local commercial team and external PR agency.


•       Manage influencer seeding including samples and personalized content adaptation and creation.


•       Execute social media campaigns across all owned media platforms – social media content posting, community management (brand representative responds to consumer questions), etc.


•       Track and report aligned KPIs across channels to Digital Commerce & Marketing team for on-going optimization of existing campaigns and future planning.

Qualifications:


•       Degree or equivalent working experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related fields


•       Ideal candidate will combine operational expertise in 360 degree marketing, digital marketing, consumer insights and IMC.


•       Additional experience in the following areas counts as a big plus: beauty industry, FMCG and digital marketing consultancy.


•       Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting


•       Strong analytical, communications and interpersonal skills


•       Understanding in digital and social platforms


•       Dynamic and proactive with positive approach
