Job Responsibilities

Operation Team (Hiring 1–2 Positions)

• Flexible holidays for better work-life balance.
• Prepare pre-departure documents (customer notes, work orders) for drivers and guides.
• Assign suitable guides based on customer needs and tour type.
• Verify customer insurance details and submit to the insurance company.
• Track daily guest numbers and communicate with drivers and guides.
• Send driver and guide details to customers in advance for reassurance.
• Control costs, refunds, and cancellations fairly and promptly.
• Monitor vehicle condition (age, insurance, maintenance) to ensure quality.
• Check itinerary accuracy and fill in missing details.
• Coordinate bookings with restaurants, attractions, experiences, or massage.
• Collect customer feedback after trips and use it for improvement.
• Maintain and update operation documents.
• Work closely with the team to deliver smooth tours.
  
  This job is not about traveling for yourself—it's about ensuring customers enjoy unforgettable journeys because of your work.

Planning Team (Hiring 2–3 Positions)

• Flexible holidays to maintain balance.
• Plan full itineraries, hotel bookings, and supplier coordination.
• Communicate with customers in Chinese and English, explaining real local conditions (e.g., travel time differences from Google Maps).

• Provide tailored suggestions for different traveler types:

• Families → slower pace, animal experiences

• Couples → romantic activities
• Seniors → comfortable schedules
• Improve tour products to better meet customer needs.
• Proactively support customers during trips to provide a caring experience.
• Keep operation records updated.
• Collaborate with the team for seamless tour execution.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and passionate about travel service.
• Fluent in Chinese or English (not necessarily native, but able to communicate).
• Willing to learn travel industry skills and understand FIT customer needs.
• Good communication skills; able to stay calm under pressure.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.
• What matters most is not your past experience, but your desire to create the best travel experiences for customers.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ (รับสมัครพนักงาน 1–2 ตำแหน่ง)

• วันหยุดยืดหยุ่น ทำงานและชีวิตสมดุล
• จัดทำเอกสารก่อนออกเดินทาง (ข้อมูลลูกค้า ใบงาน) ให้คนขับรถและไกด์
• มอบหมายไกด์ที่เหมาะสมตามความต้องการลูกค้าและประเภททัวร์
• ตรวจสอบเอกสารประกันของลูกค้า และส่งต่อบริษัทประกัน
• ติดตามจำนวนผู้เดินทางจริง และสื่อสารกับคนขับรถ/ไกด์
• ส่งข้อมูลไกด์และคนขับให้ลูกค้าล่วงหน้าเพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจ
• ดูแลค่าใช้จ่าย คืนเงิน หรือยกเลิกได้อย่างโปร่งใส
• ตรวจสอบสภาพรถ (อายุ ประกัน การบำรุงรักษา)
• ตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ของโปรแกรมทัวร์
• ประสานงานจองร้านอาหาร สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว กิจกรรม หรือร้านนวด
• เก็บความคิดเห็นลูกค้าหลังทัวร์และนำไปปรับปรุง
• ดูแลและอัปเดตเอกสารงานปฏิบัติการ
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อให้ทัวร์สำเร็จราบรื่น
  
  งานนี้ไม่ใช่การไปเที่ยวเอง แต่คือการทำให้ลูกค้าได้ทริปที่น่าจดจำเพราะคุณ

ฝ่ายวางแผน (รับสมัครพนักงาน 2–3 ตำแหน่ง)

• วันหยุดยืดหยุ่น
• วางแผนโปรแกรมทัวร์ จองโรงแรม และประสานงานซัพพลายเออร์
• สื่อสารกับลูกค้าภาษาจีนและอังกฤษ อธิบายสภาพจริง (เช่น เวลาการเดินทางต่างจาก Google Maps)

• ให้คำแนะนำเฉพาะกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยว:

• ครอบครัว → จัดกิจกรรมเด็ก/สัตว์ เดินทางช้าลง

• คู่รัก → โรแมนติก
• ผู้สูงอายุ → โปรแกรมสบายๆ
• พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ทัวร์ให้ตรงกับความต้องการ
• ดูแลลูกค้าระหว่างการเดินทาง สร้างประสบการณ์อบอุ่น
• อัปเดตและจัดการเอกสารงานปฏิบัติการ
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมให้การจัดทัวร์ราบรื่น
  
  ความภาคภูมิใจสูงสุดไม่ใช่การเที่ยวเอง แต่คือลูกค้าพูดว่า "ขอบคุณ ทริปนี้ยอดเยี่ยมมาก"

คุณสมบัติ

• รอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ และรักงานบริการด้านท่องเที่ยว
• ใช้ภาษาจีนหรืออังกฤษได้ (ไม่จำเป็นต้องระดับเจ้าของภาษา แต่สื่อสารได้)
• พร้อมเรียนรู้และเข้าใจลูกค้า FIT
• สื่อสารเก่ง แก้ปัญหาได้แม้ในภาวะกดดัน
• ทำงานวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้
• สิ่งสำคัญที่สุดไม่ใช่ประสบการณ์ แต่คือใจที่อยากมอบประสบการณ์ดีที่สุดให้ลูกค้า
