Job description
  • Onboarding and Performance: Ensure timely and successful onboarding of marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and client accounts. Drive performance to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Project Management: Adhere to company standards for regular project management and customer project management.
  • Revenue Optimization: Maximise gross merchandise value (GMV) and return on ad spend (ROAS) through effective collaboration with clients and marketplace channels.
  • Budget Management: Manage customer budgets and execute reimbursement plans to achieve agreed-upon GMV, take rate, and profitability targets.
  • Product Visibility: Optimise product presentation and visibility on online channels.
  • Sales Driving: Execute marketing and communication plans on marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Line@, TikTok Shop, Website, Facebook, WooCommerce, Shopify) to drive online sales.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate e-commerce campaigns for existing and new products, focusing on awareness, search marketing, call to action, and shop impression.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with digital marketing, band fulfilment teams to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of account management or sales experience, ideally within the e-commerce industry (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
  • Additional Skills: Proven experience in trade marketing, brand management, or merchandising is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
  • Soft Skills: Proactive and problem-solving approach. Strong commercial acumen and logical thinking. Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with a focus on client-facing interactions.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience with ERP systems, Seller Center, and Content Management Systems (CMS)
