Overview

Lao Asean Leasing Company was established in 2015 with primarily activity in lending business. We were listed in 2019 and became biggest listed Company in Laos now with 500 employees and branches in all provinces in Laos.

Job Description:

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the annual and quarterly business planning cycles, translating the Chairman's vision into actionable KPIs for all departments.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitor company-wide performance, identifying bottlenecks in workflows and implementing process improvements.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Work with Finance to oversee departmental budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Corporate Governance: Ensure internal policies are documented, updated, and followed across the organization.
  • Executive Support: Prepare high-level analytical reports and presentations for the Board of Directors and international stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the "bridge" between Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure unified progress toward company goals.

Qualification:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance.
  • 5+ years in Corporate Planning, Strategy, or Operations Management; at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Mastery of data analysis, financial modeling, and project management frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Working location: Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR (with domestic travel requirement sometimes).

Working time: from Monday to Saturday morning. Every day: from 8am to 5pm. Saturday morning: from 8am to 12am.

Salary: from 3,000$

Report to COO and Chairman

Job Type: Full-time
