Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting executive management in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and investment analysis at both project and corporate levels. The position plays a key role in developing financial models, coordinating funding and capital injection with shareholders, and ensuring strong financial governance across operations. Acting as a central link between headquarters and local teams, the role ensures alignment of financial processes, policies, and reporting to support sustainable growth and strategic decision-making within the energy and mining businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support executive management in budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial forecasting at both project and corporate levels.
  • Develop and maintain project financial models and investment analyses to support decision-making by executive management and shareholders.
  • Coordinate and follow up on capital injection and funding arrangements with shareholders in line with approved financial plans.
  • Support executive oversight of financial governance, cost control, and review of major expenditures.
  • Act as the primary coordination point between HQ and Local teams to ensure alignment of financial processes, policies, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Project Finance, Business Control, or Investment roles.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, cash flow management, and cross-border projects.
  • Proven stakeholder management at senior and shareholder levels.
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
  • Understanding of coal mining industry economics is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel to Prachin Buri Site.
