Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Strategic Planning

  • Support the development and refinement of corporate strategies, business plans, and growth initiatives aligned with the Company's vision and long-term objectives.
  • Conduct internal and external analysis, including market trends, competitive landscape, and strategic risks, to support strategic discussions and decision-making.
  • Coordinate the preparation of corporate-level strategic plans by consolidating inputs from business units and departments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment to translate corporate strategies into clear, actionable departmental plans.

2. Strategy Execution & Performance Management

  • Support the establishment and maintenance of frameworks, policies, and governance for strategy execution and performance management across the organization.
  • Monitor and track progress of corporate strategies, business plans, and key strategic initiatives against agreed targets, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Identify performance gaps, execution risks, and implementation issues, and prepare analysis and recommended actions for management review.
  • Support periodic strategy and performance review processes (e.g. monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and annual reviews).

3. Strategic PMO & Initiative Coordination

  • Support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and priority projects through structured PMO coordination.
  • Track project progress, key milestones, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions across cross-functional initiatives.
  • Consolidate project updates, issue logs, and decision materials to support management discussions.
  • Support issue escalation and resolution tracking in coordination with initiative owners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in ensuring alignment between strategic initiatives, corporate priorities, and approved budgets.

4. Portfolio Analysis & Strategic Prioritization

  • Support portfolio-level analysis of business lines, products, strategic initiatives, and investments to assess performance, risk, and strategic fit.
  • Analyze portfolio performance using financial, operational, and strategic metrics (e.g. growth trends, profitability, risk-return considerations).
  • Identify portfolio risks, concentration areas, and improvement opportunities to support prioritization discussions.
  • Develop portfolio dashboards and analytical views to support executive-level discussions and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, performance management, PMO coordination, portfolio analysis, or related roles in leading organizations.
  • Proven experience in leading or coordinating teams and cross-functional workstreams, with the ability to drive delivery through influence and execution discipline.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear executive insights.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with Directors, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
