Specialist – Marketing Management plays a key operational role in executing integrated marketing activities across digital, offline, branding, CRM, events and PR. This position drives and supports day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating campaigns with agencies and internal teams, managing promotional materials and ensuring consistent, high-quality brand communication. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple marketing tasks to support dealership and distributorship business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and yearly activity plans aligned with overall business direction
  • Coordinate and implement all marketing operations across online, offline, loyalty program, event, PR, branding for dealership and distributorship activities
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution including brief development, asset coordination, scheduling and performance tracking
  • Work closely with agencies, designers and media partners on advertising production, content creation, digital materials and promotional assets
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing communications across all channels and ensure alignment with brand guideline
  • Coordinate dealership and distributorship marketing activities ensuring materials, promotions and communications are delivered on time
  • Support event operations such as auto shows, product launches, roadshows and dealer/distributor marketing events including logistics and vendor management
  • Collect, analyze and compile marketing performance data (campaign KPIs, media results, customer insights) for reporting to the manager
  • Monitor competitors' activities, market trends and consumer behavior to support tactical decisions
  • Prepare and manage marketing materials inventory, artwork requests and approval workflows
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless marketing execution
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, PR activities and invoice processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Any related assignments by superior and management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles preferably in automotive, luxury retail products
  • Strong operational marketing skills across digital, offline, events, campaigns and communications
  • Hands-on experience working with agencies, content production and promotional materials
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and run marketing activities end-to-end
  • Good analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign results and customer insights
  • Strong coordination, communication and project management abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools or digital platforms is a plus
  • Good command in English both spoken and written
