About the role:
we provide our clients with bespoke dedicated agencies that operate from within their offices. We are building a team of individuals who have the ability and confidence to learn on the job and help the client transform their marketing capabilities.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be a fully dedicated business leader, shaping the future of one of many Google business products (AdWords, YouTube, Analytics). From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, prioritization, and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base. This means you will work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
The Ads Marketing (Large Customer) team's core focus is to inspire and educate digital marketers across Thailand with industry leading market insights, shape Google's B2B content strategy and communicate via scalable marketing channels. As a Marketing Specialist, you are at the forefront of shaping Google's thought leadership in digital marketing and be a key enabler for the sales organization in driving advertising business from the top advertisers and agencies in Thailand.
What you will be doing:
- Drive innovative marketing strategies and plans to support large advertiser and agency education, engagement and Google Ads solutions adoption
- Ideate, develop and execute scalable marketing initiatives to enable practitioners with Google Ads solutions
- Develop sales materials, messaging and case studies that position the strengths of Google Ads solutions
- Manage events and education programs that bring together advertisers and agencies in Thailand, and analyze the performance of these programs
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and cross-functional collaboration
What you need to be great in this role:
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
- 2+ years of experience in brand/product marketing or consumer strategy with technology companies, and/or management consulting firms.
- Strong analytical capability, experience with analytical tasks, and driving insight
- Solid project management skills, and able to lead and manage multiple projects independently
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English and Thai fluently and idiomatically.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with passion for building and resilience under duress.
- Strong understanding and experience in Search and online advertising
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Structured and proactive, eye for constant innovation and improvement
- Exceptional Spreadsheets and PowerPoint skills
- Self-motivated, working with little supervision
- Collaborative team player, open minded and non-political
- Proven ability to communicate and liaise with junior to senior-levels in the business
- Discrete about all confidential and personal information
- Driven, proactive, helpful, and an enthusiastic team player
- Financial rigor and business acumen
- Quality of being extremely thorough and accurate
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Driven, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a passion for new technologies and AI.
- Proficient understanding of AI tools is beneficial, with a keen ability to learn and leverage these tools.
