About the Role

The
Product Specialist (Poultry Primary)
will act as the key technical and commercial expert for defined product groups across the Asia Pacific region. This position is responsible for supporting sales teams, analyzing market opportunities, and driving product growth in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Market Penetration

  • Work closely with regional sales leaders to develop and execute market strategies.
  • Provide product expertise and customer-visit support to sales and service teams.
  • Monitor competitors and identify business opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Conduct ROI and payback analyses for key projects

Product Management

  • Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights for product development.
  • Support pricing, positioning, and competitor evaluations.
  • Act as the link between customer feedback and central innovation teams

Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Deliver product training and skill development for regional sales teams.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for product-related inquiries within the region.

Travel Requirement:
Up to 50% within APAC.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering
    or related field.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in product management or technical sales, ideally in the poultry or food processing sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, pricing, and market analysis.
  • Excellent presentation and English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently as well as cross-functionally.
  • Regional or international experience is an advantage
