Duties:
- Business Process Transformation Leadership (ERP & In-House System Implementation)
- Make strategic decisions on implementation priorities, and timeline adjustments to ensure successful rollout with minimal business disruption.
- Cross-Site Collaboration & Leadership (Rayong and Chonburi)
- Make decisions on system standards, support models, and shared resources.
- Application Development & Enhancement
- Manage system roadmap to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Application Support & Operations Management
- Manage the Change Control process, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, audit standards, and IT governance.
- Business Consulting & Process Improvement
- Provide advisory-level recommendations to management, based on data, operational insights, and cross-site best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven managerial and leadership skills, including coaching and developing junior team members.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Solid experience in ERP systems and business process transformation.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a complex, multi-site environment.
