JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and monitor annual and monthly budget performance, including variance analysis and overall budget progress tracking.
  • Analyze simulated profit and operational performance for each business unit, and prepare regular performance reports for depots.
  • Lead operational issue analysis for each business unit and organize business review meetings.
  • Participate in marketing meetings to evaluate performance and recommend business improvement initiatives.
  • Submit monthly rolling forecasts and provide clear explanations aligned with group requirements.
  • Support Finance Managers and business teams with depot performance analysis and deliver business reports on schedule.
  • Review marketing and promotional expense requests, verify payment documentation, track completion progress, and ensure correct accruals according to accounting standards.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the company.

You will be discussing in-depth details of the duties with a consultant during the interview session.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial planning, performance analysis, or business analysis
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, including accruals
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Good communication in Chinese (HSK 4-5)

Salary : THB 35, ,000 (based on qualifications & experiences)
