Purchasing (domestic&Import purchase)

• Source and select overseas suppliers with qualified standards and compliance with company requirements while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and execute purchasing activities, inspect product quality, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders in alignment with company policies.
• Prepare purchasing documents, issue accurate Purchase Orders (PO), and send them to manufacturers for order confirmation of raw materials.
• Research and source new products by analyzing market demand and presenting new product proposals.
• Update and maintain product information, coordinate with relevant departments, and communicate updates regarding new products.
• Coordinate with manufacturers in case of product issues and handle problems effectively with prompt solutions.
• Prepare cost comparison analyses prior to placing purchase orders to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
• Update product information regularly to support purchase planning with the Sales and Marketing departments.
• Possess basic knowledge of import documentation for different countries and coordinate with shipping companies and freight forwarders.
• Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and perform well under pressure.

General Purchasing Duties:

• Prepare purchasing documents as assigned, including issuing Purchase Orders (PO).
• Coordinate with suppliers to compare quotations, ensuring quality and reasonable pricing.
• Follow up on the delivery of goods, services, and documents to ensure timely and accurate completion, and resolve any issues that arise during operations.
• Monitor and control the purchasing process to comply with organizational policies and standards.

Job Responsibilities

• จัดหาสินค้าและคัดเลือกผู้ขายต่างประเทศ คัดเลือกผู้ขายที่มีคุณภาพและตรงตามข้อกำหนด รวมถึงควบคุมต้นทุนให้อยู่ในระดับที่สามารถทำงานได้
• วางแผนและการดำเนินการจัดซื้อ ตรวจสอบสินค้าและคุณภาพของสินค้า เจราจาต่อรองราคา และการจัดการสั่งซื้อให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัท
• จัดทำเอกสารการสั่งซื้อ ออกใบคำสั่ง PO พร้อมข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง และส่งเอกสารให้ผู้ผลิตเพื่อยืนยันการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบ
• สรรหาสินค้าใหม่ เช็คความต้องการสินค้าในตลาดและนำเสนอสินค้าใหม่
• แจ้งอัปเดตข้อมูล ทำข้อมูลสินค้าใหม่ ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานกับผู้ผลิตในกรณีที่สินค้าที่มีปัญหา และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• จัดทำต้นทุนเปรียบเทียบราคาต่อก่อนการสั่งซื้อ
• อัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้าต่างๆ เพื่อวางแผนการสั่งซื้อกับฝ่ายขาย และการตลาด
• มีความรู้เรื่องเกี่ยวกับเอกสารการนำเข้าเบื้องต้นแต่ละประเทศ และติดต่อประสานงานกับ Shipping,Freight Forwarder
• มีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่รับมอบหมาย และอดทนกับแรงกดดันได้ดี จัดซื้อทั่วไป
• จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• งานจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและงานบริการ จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ออกใบคำสั่งซื้อ PO เป็นต้น
• ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อพิจารณาเปรียบเทียบใบเสนอราคาของงานต่างๆ ให้ตรงตามคุณภาพและราคาที่เหมาะสม
• ติดตามการส่งมอบพัสดุ งานบริการ และเอกสารให้ถูกต้องตามเวลาที่กำหนด พร้อมแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น ระหว่างการทำงานได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
• ควบคุมและติดตามการดำเนินการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายองค์กร

Qualifications & experience

• จบการศึกษาระดับชั้นปริญญาตรีคณะที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในงานจัดซื้อต่างประเทศและภายในประเทศ อย่างน้อย 2 ปีี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรกิจอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี หากได้ภาษาจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
