Key Responsibilities:

1.     HR Coordination:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and external HR service providers.
  • Coordinate employee documentation, onboarding, and offboarding processes with the service team.
  • Collect and verify overtime (OT) records and submit accurate data for payroll processing.
  • Support internal communication related to HR policies and announcements.

2.     Expatriate Visa & Work Permit Management:

  • Coordinate visa, work permit, and immigration processes for expatriate staff.
  • Liaise with government agencies and legal consultants to ensure compliance.
  • Track visa and permit expiration dates and manage timely renewals.

3.     HR Office Supplies & Resource Management:

  • Manage inventory and procurement of HR-related supplies (e.g., onboarding kits, uniforms, ID cards).
  • Ensure availability and proper distribution of HR materials and documents.

4.     Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Supervise administrative support staff.
  • Monitor and manage office budget and expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or HR coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and overtime tracking.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic HR systems.
  • Intermediate English communication.
