About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented CRM Campaign and Partnership Supervisor to lead all marketing efforts for our JPS Club loyalty program, a membership program offered by Jaspal Group. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that attract new members, retain existing ones, and drive program growth. You will also be responsible for identifying and securing strategic partnerships to enhance program benefits and reach.

Responsibilities:

Marketing and Campaign Management:

  • Lead the execution of lifecycle and targeted campaigns for Jaspal Group's membership program (JPS Club) using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Marketing and Partnership Manager to develop campaign strategies that align with JPS Club's and Jaspal Group's overall marketing goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data insights and generate regular reports to track progress, measure success, and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results clearly and concisely to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the process.
  • Drive adaptability by addressing campaign concerns and feedback promptly, adjusting strategies based on data analysis and stakeholder input.
  • Create engaging content to promote JPS Club membership and its benefits to existing Jaspal Group customers, developing compelling marketing materials (written, visual) for various channels.
  • Coordinate efforts with relevant teams to plan and execute exclusive events and experiences tailored to JPS Club members, enhancing engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify and research potential partners that complement JPS Club offerings and target audience.
  • Develop and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
  • Manage partner relationships, ensuring clear communication and ongoing collaboration.
  • Integrate partner benefits and offerings into JPS Club marketing initiatives.
  • Track and measure the success of partnerships against established goals.

Supervision and Support:

  • Provide guidance and support to the CRM Marketing and Partnership Manager in executing marketing campaigns and managing partner relationships.
  • Delegate tasks and prioritize workloads to ensure efficient team operations.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful CRM campaigns and managing partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and ability to measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Creative and data-driven approach to marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, including experience with Capillary or similar loyalty program management platforms, is a plus.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring marketing teams (preferred).
  • Passion for building customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
