Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social platforms (LINE OA, Facebook, Instagram), collaborating closely with media agencies to maximize ROI and achieve sales targets.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and publish content across social media channels (TikTok, LINE, etc.) to support product launches, promotions, and strengthen brand storytelling.
  • Oversee website content management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement content strategies aimed at improving customer engagement, driving traffic, and increasing conversion rates.
  • Monitor online sales performance across all e-commerce channels, review customer journey data, and propose actionable plans to accelerate growth.
  • Evaluate website journey and user behavior to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations summarizing campaign results, insights, and recommendations for management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online campaign execution (experience in fashion/retail is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of paid media across LINE OA, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including performance optimization and ROI improvement.
  • Experience collaborating with media agencies to execute and scale digital campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website content management and customer journey optimization.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (preferred) and basic understanding of SEO/SEM (a plus).
