Marketing Assistant Manager – ORI

The Marketing Assistant Manager plays a key role in driving brand growth and customer engagement for ORI — a modern activewear brand rooted in movement, wellness, and innovative design. This role leads marketing strategy execution, brand storytelling, campaign management, and cross-channel activations, ensuring ORI's presence is strong across retail, digital, and community touchpoints.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Planning
- Support the development of brand strategy and annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead campaign planning for new launches, seasonal collections, and brand-building activities.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor insights to strengthen brand positioning.
Campaign Management & Activation
- Plan and execute 360° marketing activations—online, offline, retail, and community-based.
- Oversee rollout of marketing campaigns across stores, digital platforms, and partner channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Merchandising, Retail) to ensure seamless execution.
Brand & Content Management
- Develop compelling brand narratives consistent with ORI's identity: movement, wellness, innovation.
- Work closely with creative teams to produce high-quality content, lookbooks, social media assets, and campaign visuals.
- Ensure all communications reflect brand tone and guidelines.
Influencer / KOL & Community Engagement
- Identify and manage KOLs, fitness influencers, trainers, and wellness partners.
- Organize community events, workshops, and collaborations to build brand loyalty and engagement.
- Track KOL performance and measure campaign impact.
Retail & Digital Activation
- Work with retail teams to execute in-store marketing, POP displays, and promotional activities.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media campaigns, paid ads, newsletters, and online partnerships.
- Drive traffic to both retail stores and online platforms through targeted campaigns.
Project & Budget Management
- Manage marketing budget, quotations, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in fashion, activewear, lifestyle, or wellness industries.
- Proven experience in marketing activation, campaign management, or brand management.
- Strong understanding of fashion and wellness trends, consumer insight, and brand building.
- Excellent project management, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with strong attention to detail.
