HR Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, training & development, and payroll processing.
- Manage general affairs tasks such as office administration, welfare programs, and internal event planning.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to two junior HR staff, supporting their growth into manager-level roles.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and systems.
Requirement
- Proven experience across a broad range of HR and general affairs functions
- Ability to work as a hands-on playing manager while guiding two subordinates.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and labor management practices.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 up) and English
- Experience working in a Japanese company or with Japanese corporate culture.
- Managerial experience in a small team setting.
Experience in payroll processing and HR evaluation systems.
Experience in designing and implementing HR systems and policies.
- Ability to propose and implement improvements to HR operations and company culture.
