KOL and PR Specialist

**As a KOL and PR Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our influencer marketing strategies and driving impactful brand campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing a network of influential individuals across various digital platforms. Your keen eye for talent and ability to forge strong relationships will be essential in delivering exceptional results for our clients. What You'll Do**Planning and Implementing Influencer and PR Influencer strategies.Develops Influencer & PR campaign brief and be able to deliver Press Release, PR materials to match with objectives, budget, and KPI.Responsible for growing the social/KOL capabilities for the business.Source and review for the right ambassador/influencer to match for each campaign.Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).Reach out, manage, and negotiate with influencers, KOL's, Celebrities, Press, and agencies.Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign targets are met.Efficiently plan and track budget spending according to the plan and be prompted to adjust in any situations.Develop content planning and review creative content related to KOL & PR.Ensure optimal communication within the teams at all stages of the campaign.Show leadership and manage campaign teams throughout the execution.Build long term relationships with valuable KOLs, Media, Press, Celebrities, Agencies.Contribute to producing campaign assets and participate in on-set productions related to KOLs, PR, Celebrities.Monitor and optimize each KOLs (campaign) performance.Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and KOLs.Relationship Management:Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, fostering long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual benefit.Provide timely and effective communication, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during campaign execution.Industry Insights and Innovation:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in influencer marketing.Identify emerging platforms and opportunities to drive growth and innovation.Experiment with new influencer marketing tactics to stay ahead of the curve.Who You AreBachelor's degree holder in Marketing/Advertising/PR/Communication or related fieldAt least 2-3 years experience in Influencer or PR management .Good working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising and preferably experience in KOL marketing and/or social media marketingAdvance Presentation SkillJudgement skill, Analysis and comprehension skill, General Knowledge and basic to fair knowledge in beauty and FMCG industryCosmetic & Beauty enthusiastStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skillsLove to discuss and share new ideas with teammateFluent in communication skills (both written and spoken Thai & English)Creative, energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes, and good interpersonal skillStrong network with influencers with good account management skillsHard Skill: Project management , Negotiation , Writing, BudgetingSoft Skills: Adaptability , Relationship management & Communication, analysis and common sense, Art Aesthetic>>>>>>>>Please submit your CV and portfolio by clicking "Quick Apply."
