Responsibilities

1. PR Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual PR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify key communication opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Plan and execute PR campaigns that support product launches, events, and corporate initiatives.

2. Media & KOL Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and
    KOLs.
  • Identify and manage suitable KOL partners for campaigns and activations.
  • Coordinate media and KOL interviews, pitches, seeding, and press visits.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media alerts, and key messages.
  • Monitor media and KOL coverage and ensure accurate brand representation.

3. Content & Communications

  • Draft high-quality press materials, speeches, Q&A documents, and executive talking points.
  • Oversee storytelling, brand narratives, and communication tone-of-voice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and social teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

4. Event PR & Activation

  • Manage PR preparations for events, launches, exhibitions, and press conferences.
  • Oversee media and
    KOL attendance
    and coverage reporting.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maximize PR visibility.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyze PR results, KPIs, media sentiment, and KOL performance.
  • Prepare post-campaign and monthly PR performance reports.
  • Recommend improvements based on insights and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in PR, communications, or media/KOL relations.
  • Strong media and influencer network.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience handling crisis communications is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
