Regional Finance Controller – Southeast Asia

Financial Operations Management:

  1. Formulate and implement the company's financial strategy to support business expansion goals;
  2. Lead annual budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and financial analysis; monitor variances between actual performance and budget, and provide improvement recommendations;
  3. Oversee the establishment of financial systems, policies, and digital finance solutions;
  4. Regularly issue regional business performance reports, supervise monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax standards, identify risks and opportunities, and provide decision-making support to management;
  5. Develop and improve internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliant business operations.

Business Support and Decision Analysis:

  1. Analyze profitability for new car sales and aftersales services, and provide pricing strategy recommendations;
  2. Monitor dealer performance indicators (e.g., gross margin, inventory turnover days) to support business teams in optimizing operational efficiency;
  3. Evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives to ensure maximized returns.

Others:

Assist headquarters in other financial management matters.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields;
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in international finance, automotive industry finance, financial analysis, or related roles;
  3. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a clear and rigorous working approach;
  4. Excellent communication and coordination abilities; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP;
  5. Proficiency in Chinese and Thai as working languages.
